Submission deadline
The organizing committee invites researchers, academics, and professionals to submit abstracts for presentation at the conference.
Abstracts must be written in English, submitted in PDF format, and should not exceed 300 words. The title should be clear and concise, with a maximum of 20 words. Please include all authors’ names and affiliations, underline the presenting author’s name, and provide 3–5 keywords.
The abstract should be structured as follows: Background/Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. Formatting should use Times New Roman or Arial, 12 pt, single spacing, and 1-inch margins.
All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the conference scientific committee. Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings and presented as oral presentations, posters, or symposia. Poster size should be 80 cm × 100 cm.
Please submit your abstract through the conference submission portal. A confirmation email will be sent after successful submission.
